Nate Parsons is the owner of Home Court Advantage, a commercial and residential sports construction company, and founder of Club Eldorado. A former D1 college tennis standout and nationally ranked platform tennis player, Nate has led programs at Midtown and Glen View Club, served as President of the Professional Platform Tennis Association, and now teaches tennis, pickleball, and platform tennis. He also owns Pickleball AI and Club Dink, two ventures at the forefront of the sport’s growth.

Lindsey Parsons is CFO of Home Court Advantage and co-founder of Club Eldorado, with over two decades of leadership in hospitality and business. A graduate of Kendall College (Culinary Arts) and DePaul University (Business), she has owned and operated multiple successful restaurants and catering companies. Lindsey also served as District Manager for Organic Life and now brings her entrepreneurial spirit to the world of pickleball as owner of Club Dink, a lifestyle brand with a smile.

Jeff was the Director of Racquets at Lake Shore Country Club prior to joining the team at Home Court Advantage. Before that he was Director of Paddle and Pickleball at Merion Cricket Club, and the Director of Tennis at Tennis Addiction Sports Club, an award-winning tennis facility in Chester County, PA. He holds certifications in Tennis Pickle Paddle and Padel.
